    Perforated / punched sieve are made by drilling or punching on stainless steel plates. Perforated stainless steel sieves have the round hole, square hole or slotted hole to meet customers demand. The meshes are usually round but sometimes square. The range of the sieve thickness is 5-10mm and materials are stainless steel, high carbon steel, and galvanized steel.

    Stainless Steel Perforated Plate Sieves are popularly used as Grain Sieves. The sieves are used by Government agriculture and grain organizations worldwide for testing grains and cereals grades. Commonly the stainless steel perforated plate is framed with 200 mm diameter brass or stainless steel frames to form a sieve device.

    The aperture sizes as specified in ISO 5223.

    Hole patterns for perforated plate grain sieves: round or square depending on the grain sizes and shapes it will measure. In addition, perforated sieves for special purposes such as shaped holes, wet washing, very small openings and for use with specialize equipment are available.
